In conjunction with the Sabah Fest 2010, The Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu is organizing a ‘Tamu-Tamu Walk’ event within the hotel’s premises. This gives visitors not only the tourist but also to the local community an opportunity to immerse themselves in our unique culture and lifestyle. Visitors can seize this occasion to stockpile on local handicrafts, household products, clothing, colorful accessories and food produce as vendors and “family-farm” growers, and producers will have their best value merchandizes to offer here.
To compliment the walkabout, witness the hotel’s in-house chef showcasing ‘La Mien’ (hand-made or hand-pulled chinese noodle) in the making. Other than the trade activities, there are appetizing food stalls offering from pisang goring to curry laksa to name a few.
Event : May 8, 15, 22 and 29, 2010
Time : 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
